Everything you run a salon with

It replaces the notebook, the booking app, the reminder texts and the spreadsheet you keep meaning to update.

📅

Online booking 24/7

While you sleep, the calendar fills up. Clients pick the service, the stylist and a free slot and leave a deposit by card through Stripe, the confirmation goes out to the client and to the stylist at once, and the booking is already in the calendar. Nobody books at the last minute: you set how many hours before an appointment online booking closes.

🎨

Your booking page looks like your salon, not like someone else's directory

You pick the style, the background and accent colours, the fonts for headings and services — 64 of them, all with Cyrillic. You add the logo, a cover image and up to 12 photos of your work, and write a welcome line and a few words about the salon. It all changes before your eyes: a phone sits next to the settings and the page updates with every click. You put the link in your profile and print the QR code for the front desk.

📲

A stylist needs no login — the booking reaches their phone by itself

You can have fifty stylists and the price stays the same. A new booking, a reschedule and a cancellation go to the stylist by SMS and email, and a reminder arrives the day before. One link connects their own Google Calendar, and from then on bookings appear there by themselves, move when you reschedule and disappear when you cancel. You decide whether they see the client's name, phone and price.

💬

Client messages, in your own templates

Confirmation, a reminder the day before, the deposit receipt, reschedules, cancellations, the review request and "we miss you" — all from your own templates, with the name, service and time filled in automatically. Email goes out by itself; SMS and WhatsApp go from your own number, so the client sees your salon, not a stranger’s mailing list.

💳

One-tap payment, a deposit set per service

The amount from the appointment goes to the Square Terminal in one tap, or the client gets a payment link. Each service has its own deposit: a percentage or a fixed sum. The card surcharge is worked out automatically and the client sees it the day before, and the receipt reaches their email by itself.

👩‍🦰

Your whole client base, and every client's history

Visits, work photos, notes, signed contracts, deposits, debts, lifetime spend and the average bill. You see who left a review and who still needs asking, and where the client came from — Instagram or a recommendation. Clients fill in the intake form themselves: from a link at home, or from the QR code at your salon. The whole base is in front of you: sort by first name, last name, address, last visit or money spent. You set the cut-off yourself and see everyone who has not come in since, to write to them by SMS or email right from the list.

✍️

Documents signed from a phone

Invoices, contracts, consent forms and aftercare notes. Every document follows your own templates: set them up once and the name, the service and the amount fill themselves in. The client gets the document by email, opens it on their phone and signs with a finger right on the screen, and the signed copy with its date stays on their card.

📩

Leads from your ads land straight in the program

You build the lead form in the program and put its link in the ad. Someone sees the ad, fills the form in, and they are already yours: name, phone and the service they are after. From then on you write to them right from the list — SMS, WhatsApp or email — and move them through the statuses from lead to booking. That is how a click on an ad turns into a client in the chair.

🌐

You work in your language. Clients get messages in theirs.

The salon interface and the client language are set separately. Your team works in a menu in their own language, while clients get confirmations, reminders and receipts in theirs. English, Russian or Spanish, in any pair. Both languages are set separately in Settings, in a minute.

🎟️

Every blogger gets their own code, so you see who really brought clients

You create a code with a discount as a percentage or in dollars, set how many times it can be used and one per client, and write the blogger's name in the note. The client enters the code when booking online, the discount is worked out automatically and shows in the confirmation. In the analytics for any period you see, for every code, how many people came, how much discount you gave away and how much money you took.

📊

On the 1st you see the whole month, no guessing

Revenue, expenses, margin, stock movement and what is on the shelf — over any period. You can see what is running out and what to reorder, how much clients owe you and how much you owe your suppliers. Connect your bank once and expenses sort themselves into rent, supplies, ads and payroll.

🔔

You never have to go and check: the program tells you itself

A new booking, a filled-in client form and a reply from support arrive as a notification on your phone screen, even when the program is closed, and you choose which of them to switch on. The bell shows how many updates you have not looked at yet: open it and you see what was added and what was fixed. You ask your question straight from the program and the answer comes back into the same window, with no emails and no waiting on hold.

Olga, founder of KAIZER Booking

"I built it for my own salon in New York"

I didn't find software that fit my salon, so I wrote my own.
There is no button here "just in case" — every one of them exists because I needed it on a Wednesday evening.
My stylists had to learn nothing: bookings arrive on their phone and in their calendar. And I don't pay for each of them.
On the 1st I see what I earned and what I spent — without an accountant and without a calculator.

Questions

Do I really pay the same with ten stylists?

Yes. From Standard up the number of stylists is unlimited on every plan. Booksy charges $29.99 plus $20 for each team member — a six-chair salon pays them about $130 a month. Here it is $29.

Do I need to install anything?

No. It works in any browser on a laptop, tablet or phone, and can be added to the home screen like an app. An iPhone app is on the way.

Can I move my clients over from Booksy or a spreadsheet?

Yes — upload an Excel file and we import names, phones and notes. On the Max plan we do the migration for you.

What happens when the trial ends?

You pick a plan and pay by card. If you don't, the account pauses — nothing is deleted, and your data is still exported to Excel in one click whenever you want.

Is it only for hair salons?

Barbershops, nail studios, spas and pet groomers get their own edition — the same app speaking their words. Pick yours when you sign up.

Does it work outside the United States?

Yes. The program knows 37 countries — each with its own currency, phone format, time zone and date format. The interface is in English, Russian and Spanish, and clients get their messages in their own language. Reminders go out from your own phone, so there are no per-message fees or country limits. Online deposits by card are handled by Stripe, which works in most countries. Terminal payments are available where Square operates: the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Spain, Australia and Japan.
