Reporting infringement
Our approach
Each salon is responsible for the content it uploads. When we receive a valid notice, we remove or disable access to the material and tell the salon that uploaded it.
What the notice must contain
- your physical or electronic signature;
- a description of the copyrighted work;
- the exact address (URL) of the material on our service;
- your name, postal address, phone and e-mail;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
Where to send it
Designated Copyright Agent, Kaizer Inc. — e-mail support@kaizerbooking.com with “DMCA notice” in the subject. The agent’s postal address is listed in the U.S. Copyright Office DMCA Designated Agent Directory.
After a notice
Counter-notice
If you uploaded the material and believe it was removed by mistake, send us a counter-notice with: your signature; the material and where it was; a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and phone; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or New York if you are outside the USA). We pass it to the person who sent the notice and restore the material in 10–14 business days unless they tell us they have gone to court.
Repeat infringers
We close the accounts of subscribers who infringe copyright repeatedly.
False notices
Anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages (17 U.S.C. §512(f)).
