An account is for the subscriber’s own business. Do not sell, rent, sublicense or share access to the program with other businesses, and do not offer it as your own service.

Do not copy, decompile or reverse-engineer the program, collect its data or pages by automated means (scraping), or use its texts, design or features to build a competing product.

Do not try to reach other accounts or data you were not given, get around limits or protection, overload the service or scan it for weaknesses. If you find a vulnerability, write to support@kaizerbooking.com — we are grateful for reports made in good faith.

Upload only photos, texts, logos and files that you own or have permission to use. Photos of clients — only with the client’s consent. You are responsible for what you upload.

• anything illegal, or that helps break the law;
• sexual services, content that is violent, hateful or harassing;
• other people’s personal data without a lawful reason;
• viruses and harmful code;
• false or misleading claims about services, prices or results.

You may say that your bookings run on KAIZER Booking and link to our site. Using the KAIZER name or logo in your own brand, domain names or advertising needs our written permission.

Send e-mail, SMS and WhatsApp only to clients who agreed to receive them, and only about what they agreed to. Stop at once when a client replies STOP or unsubscribes. Do not upload bought or borrowed lists.

Do not post fake reviews, do not pay or reward clients for positive reviews, and do not show prices or offers that mislead. See Reviews and review requests.

The salon holds every licence its services require (for example a New York State cosmetology or appearance-enhancement licence) and is responsible for the services it provides.

We may remove content, limit features or suspend the account. We warn first, unless there is a risk to other people, to the service, or the law requires us to act at once.

Загружайте только фото, тексты, логотипы и файлы, которые принадлежат вам или которые вам разрешено использовать. Фото клиентов — только с их согласия. За загруженное отвечает подписчик.

• интим-услуги, насилие, ненависть, травля;
• чужие персональные данные без законного основания;
• вирусы и вредоносный код;
• ложные и вводящие в заблуждение сведения об услугах, ценах и результатах.

Можно писать, что запись у вас работает на KAIZER Booking, и ставить ссылку на наш сайт. Использовать имя или логотип KAIZER в своём бренде, доменах и рекламе можно только с нашего письменного разрешения.

Письма, SMS и WhatsApp — только клиентам, которые согласились их получать, и только о том, на что согласились. Сразу прекращайте, если клиент ответил STOP или отписался. Нельзя загружать купленные или чужие базы.

У салона есть все лицензии, которых требуют его услуги (например, лицензия штата Нью-Йорк на косметологию или appearance enhancement), и салон отвечает за оказанные услуги.

La cuenta es para el negocio del propio suscriptor. No venda, alquile, sublicencie ni comparta el acceso al programa con otras empresas, ni lo ofrezca como servicio propio.

No copie, descompile ni haga ingeniería inversa del programa, no extraiga sus datos o páginas de forma automatizada (scraping) y no use sus textos, diseño o funciones para crear un producto competidor.

No intente acceder a cuentas o datos que no se le dieron, eludir límites o protecciones, sobrecargar el servicio ni buscar vulnerabilidades. Si encuentra una, escriba a support@kaizerbooking.com; agradecemos los avisos de buena fe.

Suba solo fotos, textos, logotipos y archivos que le pertenezcan o que tenga permiso para usar. Fotos de clientes, solo con su consentimiento. El suscriptor responde de lo que sube.
