Reviews and review requests
Who we are. KAIZER Booking is provided by Kaizer Inc., New York, USA. The program can send clients a request to leave a review, for example on Google. These rules apply to every salon that uses it; they follow the FTC rule on consumer reviews (16 CFR Part 465) and the review platforms’ own policies.

The key points
The rules
Ask everyone
Send the request to every client after the visit, or to none. Do not filter out clients who may be unhappy, and do not ask for a private opinion first so that only happy clients reach the public page.
No rewards for good ratings
Do not pay or give discounts or gifts for positive reviews. If you thank clients for a review, the thanks must be the same whatever the rating, and the client must be told about it when the review is written.
No fake reviews
Do not write reviews in clients’ names, do not ask staff, family or friends to pose as clients, and do not buy reviews. Do not hide or remove honest negative reviews you control.
Respect the client’s choice
A review request is a service message: one request per visit, and stop at once if the client asks.
If the rules are broken
What we may do
A breach of these rules is a breach of the Acceptable use policy: we may switch off review requests for the salon or suspend the account.
