Sub-processors
Who we are. KAIZER Booking is provided by Kaizer Inc., New York, USA. For the data of a salon’s clients the salon is the controller and we are the processor — see the data processing agreement.
Below are the companies we use to run the program. Each one receives only the data it needs for its task, under a contract that obliges it to protect that data. This list is part of our data processing agreement.

The key points
Our sub-processors
DigitalOcean, LLC — hosting and backups
What it does: Runs the servers of the program and the websites, and stores the encrypted backups.
Data: Everything stored in the program.
Where: USA — data centre in New York.
Stripe, Inc. — subscription billing
What it does: Bills the KAIZER Booking subscription.
Data: The subscriber’s name, e-mail and payment method. Card numbers stay with Stripe.
Where: USA.
Resend — e-mail delivery
What it does: Delivers the e-mails the program sends: sign-in codes, booking confirmations, reminders, receipts and mailings.
Data: The recipient’s e-mail address and the text of the letter.
Where: USA.
GREEN-API — WhatsApp messages
What it does: Sends WhatsApp messages from the salon’s own WhatsApp number, only if the salon connects it.
Data: The client’s phone number and the text of the message.
Where: As stated in the provider’s own privacy policy.
Anthropic, PBC — translation
What it does: Translates templates and page texts into another language when a user presses Translate in the program.
Data: Only the template text sent for translation — no clients’ data. Under the provider’s commercial terms it is not used to train its models.
Where: USA.
Services the salon connects itself
These are not our sub-processors
Some features work through the salon’s own account with another company. The salon opens that account, accepts that company’s terms and can disconnect it at any time. The data then goes to that company on the salon’s instruction:
- Stripe — deposits and payment links into the salon’s own account;
- Square — card terminal at the salon;
- Google Calendar — a master’s appointments in their calendar;
- QuickBooks (Intuit) — sending invoices and payments to the books;
- Meta — booking events for the salon’s own advertising, hashed identifiers only;
- Plaid — bank transactions for the salon’s bookkeeping.
