Exporting all data and deleting the account

The salon's data belongs to the salon: take all of it at any moment, and close the account yourself.

Take everything with you

Settings → Users and security → Your data → Export all data (ZIP). The archive holds a CSV file per table: clients, appointments, payments, services, masters, stock, invoices, coupons, leads, letters. Opens in Excel and Google Sheets.

Close the account

  1. Export first — nothing can be brought back after deletion.
  2. On the same screen press Delete the account… and type the salon name.
  3. Access ends at once and the card subscription is cancelled.
  4. 30 days later the base is erased for good — the period the backups live.
Changed your mind within 30 days? Write to support — the account can be restored while the base still exists.

Экспорт всех данных и удаление аккаунта

Данные салона принадлежат салону: их можно забрать целиком в любой момент, а аккаунт закрыть самостоятельно.

Забрать всё с собой

Настройки → Пользователи и безопасность → Ваши данные → Выгрузить все данные (ZIP). В архиве по файлу CSV на каждую таблицу: клиенты, записи, платежи, услуги, мастера, склад, счета, купоны, заявки, письма. Открывается в Excel и Google Таблицах.

Закрыть аккаунт

  1. Сначала выгрузите данные — после удаления вернуть ничего нельзя.
  2. Там же нажмите Удалить аккаунт… и введите название салона.
  3. Доступ закрывается сразу, подписка по карте отменяется.
  4. Через 30 дней база стирается окончательно — столько живут резервные копии.
Передумали в первые 30 дней? Напишите в поддержку — аккаунт можно вернуть, пока база не стёрта.

Exportar todos los datos y eliminar la cuenta

Los datos del salón son del salón: puede llevárselos enteros en cualquier momento y cerrar la cuenta usted mismo.

Llévese todo

Ajustes → Usuarios y seguridad → Sus datos → Exportar todos los datos (ZIP). El archivo trae un CSV por tabla: clientes, citas, pagos, servicios, estilistas, almacén, facturas, cupones, solicitudes, correos. Se abre en Excel y Google Sheets.

Cerrar la cuenta

  1. Exporte primero: tras la eliminación no se recupera nada.
  2. En la misma pantalla pulse Eliminar la cuenta… y escriba el nombre del salón.
  3. El acceso termina al instante y la suscripción con tarjeta se cancela.
  4. 30 días después la base se borra definitivamente, el plazo que viven las copias.
¿Cambió de idea en los primeros 30 días? Escriba al soporte: la cuenta se puede restaurar mientras la base exista.
