Subscription and plans
The trial and the Solo, Standard, Pro and Max plans.
Trial
After signing up the salon gets a trial, and in it absolutely everything is open — the Max level. A few days before the end the program reminds you by email. If you pick nothing, the account simply pauses: nothing is deleted.
Plans
- Solo — one master: calendar, online booking, client cards, form and contracts, reminders, deposits.
- Standard — unlimited masters, a separate login for an administrator, notifications to masters and Google Calendar.
- Pro — everything in Standard plus leads, coupons, mailings, analytics, master logins, Square, Facebook/Instagram ads, students, premium page styles, fonts and the logo frame.
- Max — everything in Pro plus accounting, bank, QuickBooks, reports and priority support.
Change the plan
“Settings → Subscription” → pick a plan and pay by card. You can cancel at any time — access stays until the end of the paid period.
Other ways to pay and activation codes
If a card is declined (for example, issued in Russia or Belarus) or a transfer is easier, the Subscription window has an “Other ways to pay” block.
- Press Pay another way, choose the plan and the number of months — the payment details and the total appear below.
- Send the money and press I have paid. The request reaches us; the window shows “waiting for confirmation”.
- As soon as the payment is confirmed, the plan switches on by itself and a message arrives in Support.
Got an activation code (like KB-XXXX-XXXX)? Press “I have an activation code”, type it in and press “Activate” — the plan switches on at once.
