Accounting
Stock, vendors, purchases, sales, bills, bank and reports — so you know what you earned.
Sections
- Inventory — stock of goods and materials, receipts and write-offs. The Deliveries button inside Inventory is the goods-received journal: one row per delivery, with the vendor, invoice number and total; Movements lists every operation on a product.
- Vendors and Wholesale buyers — counterparties, their contracts and document folders. Ordinary buyers are clients: their purchases show in the client card under Purchases; the Wholesale buyers list is for trade buyers and companies only.
- Purchase Orders — what was ordered, what arrived, for how much.
- Sales — sales of goods to clients and wholesale buyers.
- Service Bills — the bills you issue; a bill can be linked to an appointment.
- Bank — the statement: connect the bank through Plaid (“Settings → Bank”) and transactions arrive by themselves; each is filed under an expense heading, and rules fill the headings in automatically.
- Reports — by clients, materials, cash flow, sales; statements per client and per order.
What counts as revenue
In “Settings → Accounting” choose: the bills you signed, or the appointments and what was paid for them.
QuickBooks
New clients and sales can go to QuickBooks by themselves (“Settings → QuickBooks”).
On a phone
Bank transactions, the bank settings with accounts and expense headings, and the Cash flow by account report open on a phone with no sideways scrolling: every line is shown as a card and nothing is cut off.
