Receipt photo → purchase
Take a picture of a shop receipt — the goods go into stock by themselves, matched to your products.
Where
Accounting → Purchase orders → «📷 Scan a receipt». A phone opens the camera, a computer asks for a file. Next to it — how many receipts are left this month. Pro / Max
What the program reads
The store, the date, every line (product, quantity, price), the tax, the total and how it was paid — by card or in cash.
The draft
- ✅ — the product is found in your stock (by its code, or because you matched this line before).
- 🔶 — a similar product: check it and pick another one from the list if needed.
- ➕ — no such product: a new one will be made with the name from the receipt. You can pick an existing product instead.
- Lines that are not goods (a bag, a discount) come unticked and do not go into stock.
- Quantities and prices can be corrected. The receipt's tax is spread over the goods as part of their cost.
Accept
Press Accept — the program makes an ordinary «bought in a store» purchase: the goods are in stock straight away, the payment is recorded and the receipt photo is attached (the purchase's ⋯ menu → Receipt photo). The purchase keeps how it was paid: the bank account (card) or cash.
The program remembers
Your choice of product for a receipt line is remembered for that store chain: next time the same line is matched by itself, even with another quantity or at another branch.
How many
100 receipts a month per salon; the count starts again on the 1st.
