Booking Settings

Settings → Booking Settings: working hours, the time step and Stripe for deposits.

Hours and slots

  1. Open Settings → Booking Settings.
  2. Work start and Work end — the hours in which clients can book online (inside them every master has their own schedule).
  3. Slot interval — how often to offer a time: 15, 30, 60 minutes.
  4. Days ahead — how far ahead online booking is open.
  5. Min notice — how many hours before a visit one can still book.
  6. Save.

Stripe — card deposits at booking

  1. Sign up at stripe.com and open Developers → API keys.
  2. Copy the Publishable key (starts with pk_live_) and the Secret key (sk_live_).
  3. Paste them into Publishable Key and Secret Key and press Save. The secret key is not shown after saving — an empty field means “keep the current one”.
  4. Set the deposit amount in the service card (“Services → service → Deposit”).

There is no separate "accept online payment" switch: the service card decides. A deposit on the service shows the client a "Pay deposit" button; no deposit — "Confirm booking", no card asked.

Use Stripe's test keys (pk_test_ / sk_test_) to try it out — no money is taken.

Настройки записи

Настройки → Настройки записи: часы работы, шаг времени и Stripe для депозитов.

Часы и слоты

  1. Откройте Настройки → Настройки записи.
  2. Начало работы и Конец работы — часы, в которые клиенты могут записываться онлайн (внутри них у каждого мастера своё расписание).
  3. Шаг слота — через сколько минут показывать время: 15, 30, 60.
  4. Дней вперёд — на сколько дней вперёд открыта онлайн-запись.
  5. Минимальное уведомление — за сколько часов до визита ещё можно записаться.
  6. Сохранить.

Stripe — депозиты картой при записи

  1. Зарегистрируйтесь на stripe.com и откройте Developers → API keys.
  2. Скопируйте Publishable key (начинается с pk_live_) и Secret key (sk_live_).
  3. Вставьте их в поля Publishable Key и Secret Key и нажмите Сохранить. Секретный ключ после сохранения не показывается — поле пустое означает «оставить текущий».
  4. Сумму депозита задайте в карточке услуги («Услуги → услуга → Депозит»).

Отдельной галочки «принимать оплату онлайн» нет: решает карточка услуги. Есть депозит — клиент видит кнопку «Внести депозит»; депозита нет — «Подтвердить запись», без карты.

Для проверки используйте тестовые ключи Stripe (pk_test_ / sk_test_) — деньги не списываются.

Ajustes de reserva

Ajustes → Ajustes de reserva: horario, paso de tiempo y Stripe para depósitos.

Horas y huecos

  1. Abra Ajustes → Ajustes de reserva.
  2. Inicio y Fin de la jornada: las horas en que los clientes pueden reservar online (dentro de ellas cada maestro tiene su horario).
  3. Intervalo: cada cuántos minutos ofrecer hora: 15, 30, 60.
  4. Días por adelantado: hasta cuándo está abierta la reserva online.
  5. Aviso mínimo: cuántas horas antes de la visita aún se puede reservar.
  6. Guardar.

Stripe: depósitos con tarjeta al reservar

  1. Regístrese en stripe.com y abra Developers → API keys.
  2. Copie la Publishable key (empieza por pk_live_) y la Secret key (sk_live_).
  3. Péguelas en Publishable Key y Secret Key y pulse Guardar. La clave secreta no se muestra después: el campo vacío significa «mantener la actual».
  4. El importe del depósito se fija en la ficha del servicio («Servicios → servicio → Depósito»).

No hay una casilla aparte de «aceptar pago en línea»: decide la ficha del servicio. Con depósito el cliente ve «Pagar depósito»; sin depósito — «Confirmar reserva», sin tarjeta.

Para probar use las claves de prueba de Stripe (pk_test_ / sk_test_): no se cobra dinero.
