Google Calendar sync
Each master’s appointments appear in their Google Calendar by themselves. The calendars belong to the salon; each master gets access to theirs. Settings → Google Calendar Sync.
How it works
In the salon’s Google account every master has their own calendar (“Anna”, “Irina”…). The program writes the master’s visits there: new appointments, moves and cancellations. The master is given access to their calendar and sees the schedule on their phone.
- You see all masters’ calendars in one place.
- Each master sees only their own.
- When a master leaves, you remove their access — the calendar and history stay with the salon.
Step 1. Create the masters’ calendars in Google
- Open calendar.google.com and sign in with the salon’s account.
- Under “Other calendars” press “+” → “Create new calendar”.
- Name it after the master, e.g. “Anna” → “Create calendar”.
- Repeat for every master.
Step 2. Connect the salon’s account in the program
- Settings → Google Calendar Sync.
- In “Connect masters” next to Anna press “Connect Google”.
- Choose the salon’s account and press “Allow”.
- “Google Calendar connected” → “Back to the program”. Anna shows “✓ Connected”.
Step 3. Choose the master’s calendar
- Next to Anna press “Select Calendar”.
- Pick “Anna” → “Save”.
Without this step appointments go to the salon’s main calendar. Only calendars you can write to are listed.
Step 4. Give the master access
- In the salon’s Google Calendar, calendar “Anna” → ⋮ → “Settings and sharing”.
- “Share with specific people” → “Add people”.
- Enter the master’s Gmail and choose “See all event details” (they see appointments but cannot change them — the schedule is changed in the program).
- Press “Send”.
Step 5. The master accepts
The master gets an email from Google, opens the link, and the calendar “Anna” appears in their Google Calendar app. In iPhone’s built-in Calendar app it may need to be switched on once at calendar.google.com/calendar/syncselect.
Step 6. Check
Book a test appointment for Anna tomorrow — within seconds it appears in “Anna” for you and the master. Delete it — the event disappears.
What gets into the calendar
- New appointment — time, service, client name.
- Move — the event moves.
- Cancellation — the event is removed.
- Other masters’ appointments never get into someone else’s calendar.
Another option: the master’s personal calendar
If a master works independently and wants appointments in their personal calendar: press “Copy link” next to them and send it. They open it, press “Connect Google Calendar”, sign in with their own account and allow access. The salon does not see that calendar.
A master leaves or changes
- Remove them from sharing: calendar “Anna” → ⋮ → “Settings and sharing” → the cross next to their email.
- If needed press “Disconnect” in the program — new appointments stop; existing events stay.
- A new master — a new calendar and steps 2–5.
If something is off
- “Google Calendar is not switched on for the program yet.” Write to Support.
- Nothing opens on the phone. Allow pop-ups or wait — Google opens in the same window.
- “This app isn’t verified”. Press “Advanced” → “Go to kaizerbooking.com” — it is safe.
- “Access blocked”. Write to Support.
- Appointments go to the wrong calendar. “Select Calendar” → the right one → “Save”.
- The calendar is missing from the list. It was created in another account or is read-only for you — create it in the salon’s account (step 1).
- The master does not see the calendar. Check the sharing and that they accepted; on iPhone see step 5.
