Square Terminal

Settings → Square Terminal: card payments from the appointment.

  1. At developer.squareup.com create an application: Applications → +. Open its Credentials.
  2. Copy the Application ID and the Access token (Production for real payments). The Location ID is under Locations.
  3. In the program open Settings → Square Terminal, paste the three values and pick the Environment: Sandbox to try, Production for real payments.
  4. Save, then Test connection.
  5. Pair new terminal — on the Square terminal type the code the program shows; it then appears in the list (“Refresh list”).
  6. Tips: Off, or On — “ask after Confirm”; the percentage options separated by commas, for example 15,20,25.
  7. Card fee: the salon pays (no extra line) or the client pays — Square adds a line (credit cards only, per NY rules).

From then on the appointment has a card-payment button: the amount goes to the terminal, the client taps the card, the receipt goes to them. Pro / Max

  5. Подключить новый терминал — на терминале Square введите код, который покажет программа; после этого он появится в списке (кнопка «Обновить список»).
  6. Чаевые: Off или On — «спросить после подтверждения»; варианты процентов через запятую, например 15,20,25.
  7. Комиссия: платит салон (в чеке ничего не добавляется) или платит клиент — Square добавит строку (только кредитные карты, по правилам штата Нью-Йорк).

Дальше в записи появится кнопка оплаты картой: сумма уходит на терминал, клиент прикладывает карту, чек отправляется ему. Pro / Max

Ajustes → Square Terminal: pago con tarjeta desde la cita.

  1. En developer.squareup.com cree una aplicación: Applications → +. Abra sus Credentials.
  2. Copie el Application ID y el Access token (Production para pagos reales). El Location ID está en Locations.
  3. En el programa abra Ajustes → Square Terminal, pegue los tres valores y elija el Entorno: Sandbox para probar, Production para pagos reales.
  4. Guardar y luego Probar conexión.
  5. Emparejar terminal nuevo: en el terminal Square escriba el código que muestra el programa; aparecerá en la lista («Actualizar lista»).
  6. Propinas: Off, u On («preguntar tras Confirmar»); los porcentajes separados por comas, por ejemplo 15,20,25.
  7. Comisión: la paga el salón (sin línea extra) o la paga el cliente: Square añade una línea (solo tarjetas de crédito, según las normas de NY).

Desde entonces la cita tiene un botón de pago con tarjeta: el importe va al terminal, el cliente acerca la tarjeta y el recibo le llega a él. Pro / Max
