Appointment marks: internal work, external service, complimentary
Three marks at the bottom of the appointment window decide whether it counts in the salon's revenue and in the master's pay.
What each mark does
- No mark — an ordinary visit: it counts in the salon's revenue, the forecast and the day's totals; the master earns by their rate.
- 🔧 Internal work — work with no client: prep work, training, cleaning and the like. It shows in the schedule with a grey INTERNAL tag and the master is notified, but it never counts in revenue or in the master's pay. The client's name can stay empty. If you pay the master for this work, add the amount in Master pay as an Earning line.
- 🔗 External service — not my revenue — the client pays the master directly (for example, a master who rents a chair). It does not count in the salon's revenue; it counts in the master's pay only if Count “not my revenue” visits is on in that master's pay settings.
- 🎁 Complimentary — the service was given to the client free of charge: not in revenue.
Only one mark at a time: ticking one clears the others.
